The Wheel of Life (sometimes called a life wheel) is a circular diagram made up of seven key areas of your life. Most of us can focus heavily in one or a few areas. These realms can be understood as forms of existence, or states of mind, into which beings are. The six major sections represent the Six Realms. The rich iconography of the Wheel of Life can be interpreted on several levels. Then you can reflect on the areas that are scoring low and needs immediate attention to bring more balance and happiness into your life. The Wheel of Life is a way of showing us how we need to distribute our time, our focus, and where we need to set goals. The Bhavachakra is a Tibetan Buddhist representation of the wheel of life, or cycle of existence. Then mark the scores to the scale of each spoke, and join them to get the spider chart, which would represent your wheel of life. Write the 8 aspects of life next to each spoke and take a few minutes to score your current level of satisfaction on each of these aspects. Do you look fit and well kept Do this for all of the categories. The Wheel of Life is also sometimes called the Life Balance Wheel. For example, under Physical rate your own appearance. Rate yourself with 1 being very poor and 10 being outstanding. Take a piece of paper and draw a circle and divide it into 8 segments. THE WHEEL OF LIFE Read each of the category lists carefully and rate yourself on a scale of 1 10 in each space. Similarly, a score of 3 in Health means, the person may be having major health issues and hence not so satisfied /rebates/2fwheel-of-life&. 1 represents the lowest level of satisfaction and 10 represents the highest level of satisfaction in lifeįor example, in this chart a score of 9 in Business / Career means, a person is highly satisfied with his current state of Business / Career.The score against each aspect represents the level of satisfaction a person currently has for that particular aspect of life.Each aspect represents the spoke of the wheel.It will help you to take a good look at all areas of your life.
